To download a .FIT file from your workout and upload it to Strava, here’s what you need to do:
Head to your web dashboard after your workout (once the data has synced from the Frontier X2).
On the right side of your workout, click the little arrow dropdown.
You’ll see the option to download the .FIT file right there.
Once downloaded, you can upload it to Strava for further analysis 🚴♂️📈
Just a heads-up: The Frontier X2 doesn’t have built-in GPS, so it uses your phone or Apple Watch’s GPS. That means you’ll need to have your phone/watch with you and connected during the workout — otherwise, GPS data won’t be recorded and the .FIT file won’t be available. You’ll know GPS was captured if you see a little green tick next to the map icon on your dashboard. ✅
