After treatment of Supraventricular Tachycardia, can a patient exercise normally after the recovery and treatment? What are the precautions that should be taken for patients with SVT? Can this condition recur?
Supraventricular Tachycardia is a relatively benign condition. “Supraventricular” means above the ventricles; in other words, Atrial Tachycardia, which is far less dangerous than a Ventricular Tachycardia. In general, if an ablation was done, the person should be fine and the chances of recurrence are not very high. Again, please make sure that each individual who’s asking these questions checks with their local doctor because obviously, every single case is different. What I’m giving you are general guidelines.
