    Looking for thing i can do to increase my able to walk further i am 478 pounds was 503 working on getting it down but need ways to push myself without failing because getting up without injuries is a problem

    • If you have access to a pool, you can do pool walking. That takes the strain off of your joints and limbs and still allows movement. Another option might be a pedal machine that you can use while seated. Something like this https://www.academy.com/p/marcy-cardio-ns-909-mini-cycle-machine

    • Good job losing. I know some people that were 300+ lbs were loosing a lot and having fun using ebikes on my rad power bike group. Maybe a stationary bike until you are in that range?

    • This may sound strange but its true: the only way toose weight is to breath out the carbon that used to be fat as carbon dioxide. Beside reducing incoming calories, the best way to consume fat is to burn it with muscle. So, whether you get up is not important in the short term, as long as you can find other ways to move. Lift with your arms, move your legs, sit up. The stronger your muscles the faster they can burn fat.
