i had a stent put in 2 months ago and 4 months ago i had an incident of afib. since the stent eating healthy and doing well exercise my heart PVCs have slowly been reducing. last night was the first time i had no PVCs all night until my apap mask came off at 5am and i started to get PVC again. i road a bike hard today while wearing the X2 and for the first time i had zero abnormal beats. Very powerful data!
