I can view my workout results, but I can’t find where or how to view the 24 hour recording. Please help.

Hi Deb, Please try to follow these steps for your 24 hour recording to optimize the experience:- 1) Make sure the device is fully charged 2) Make sure all previous data is synced to cloud via the mobile app. This will free up space on the device for your upcoming 24 hour recording. 3) Start your recording through the mobile app or alternatively by a double press on the device button. It is not mandatory to have the device connected to app during the recording. 4) Once the recording is done, connect the device to the mobile app and allow the data to sync to cloud via app.
You will be able to view the results of the recording on the mobile app as well as the web dashboard 🙂

You need to switch it on just the same but choose “sleep” or “other” and it will start a 24 hour reading just the same as it does a 20 minute session.
