Here’s how you can use your Fourth Frontier device while sleeping:
1. Connect your Frontier device to the app.
2. Select ‘Sleep’ as your activity type (Activity Tab – dropdown at the top).
3. Edit your alerts and set it to ‘no alerts’ to avoid any interruptions.
4. Disconnect your device from the app to stop Bluetooth tracking. This helps save battery and prevents disruptions.
5. When you’re ready to sleep, initiate the ‘Activity’ mode by doing a double-press on the blue button on your device. You’re all set for the night!
Upon waking up:
6. Press the blue button once to create an event marker. This helps differentiate your sleep data from the rest of the data, in case you continue to wear it while awake.
7. Stop the recording by doing a double-press on the blue button again.
8. Reconnect your Frontier device to your app. Your sleep data will automatically sync and should be visible within a few minutes.
