Two weeks in: interesting gadget. I’m a fit, heathly, active 55 year old cyclist (RHR 50, maxHR ~180, normal blood pressure, BMI 21). During my 1-2 hour daily workouts on Zwift, my heart rate is typically in the yellow zone with a few excursions above. I see nice regular rhythms (by eye anyway, no tools provided to analyse), pretty low strain (on or below the line between blue and green), Qtc in the middle of green. All good. At rest, though, Qtc goes into mid yellow zone & I see occasional (1 per 2 strips) early beats though I don’t feel them. What is that all about ?

    • That’s great to hear Mark. As you age, it’s not uncommon for individuals to have a few early beats. However, if they’re increasing with exercise or you are symptomatic they may warrant getting checked. Please consult a health expert with your data to ensure you’re exercising safely!
