    • Max heart strain is more important to understand, Values over 0.2 may indicate that you’re pushing yourself too hard, however, please note that poor signal quality could cause spikes in the Data. High strain values sustained value for 2-3 sessions is a good indicator to slow down/ stop an activity at rest.

  • Hi – what are people opinions on exercising at maximum heart rate? it has been show that you will reach maximum heart rate in 100m (for sure 200m) -400m sprints.
