Good for you. Like wise, i am also impressed with the X2. I do a fair amount of rowing myself,but not as far as you. I have done 10k once, about 20 years ago on the concept 2 in about 39 mins – but its such a lo ng time to be sat on a seat. Well 2 weeks till I run the GNR 1/2 marathon which will represent the anniversary since I suffered from VT of 250bpm resulting in being shocked and spending a week in hospital so a little nervous but this heart monitor has shown no issues so 🤞

HRV should really be measured at rest eg check it for 4-5 mins when you first get up and before any food or drink. If measured during exercise, it really doesn’t mean very much as it will vary so much.
