I am 64 , While l was out running my normal daily run of 7k my breathing rate just suddenly rose to 50bpm and pulse rate to 163 normally at this pace my heart rate is under 130 at my normal pace 6.30 per km. should l be concerned?

These I find are seriously missleading myself and borderline useless. I do HIIT workouts and my MyZone/Fitbit think I’ve burnt over 1000 kcal. Haha if that only were true.
