Howdy! I picked up the Frontier X after my cardiologist told me to limit my exercise to “light to moderate” workouts while we address my idiopathic cardiomyopathy (7 cm). I hope you’ve been enjoying the Frontier X. We hope you’re using breathing rate alerts to regulate your exercise intensity to light and moderate workouts as you desired.
