  • Hello I received my Frontier X this week, My Cardiologist had asked me to get something that could record my ECG at home as I am having interesting heart behaviour when I’m on our Recumbent spin bike the issues is intermittent and each time I borrow a machine to do a 72hr heart monitor my heart behaves beautifully and we don’t get to capture the…Read More

    • You can set upper and lower limit vibration alerts on the Frontier X to the heart rate zones just like other users since these thresholds can be customised to a single heartbeat. A good rule of thumb to follow if you know the difference between your resting heart rate before and after your beta-blocker would be to customise your heart rate…Read More

  • Excited to start using my Frontier X. I ran long distance in high school and college, then life showed up. I hope to be able to utilze FX to help me get back to solid performance metrics safely.

18 years ago I wasn’t as concerned about limits 😆
