Does the ecg actively monitor and alert if it detect abnormal heart measurements while not recording an event?

I saw many posts regarding the vaccine. I did two shots of Pfizer in may, exactly as instructed. I have HCM and my troponin levels went thru the roof and I was in the hospital in June.
