<title>I just ordered Four Frontier X2 to better track my heart valves. I'm 78, at the gym 5x a week for 1 1/2 hrs/session, combination stretching, weights, bands and some cardio.
I have no idea where to set the alarms... heart rate, breathing and strain. Any suggestions?</title>
