I picked up the Frontier X after my cardiologist told me to limit my exercise to &#8220;light to moderate&#8221; workouts while we address my idiopathic cardiomyopathy (7 cm).  I am not convinced that exercise is the cause. Even with my most intense workouts, the most Cardiac Strain my Frontier X has reported was 0.04, with an average of 0.01.
