				<title>I am a new X2 user. I am recovering from surgery and so have not had full speed workouts yet. Will X2 calibrate my Zone parameters as I get back to full speed based on my personal data such as highest heart rate. My current zone ranges are reading as follows:  1: 143   (So far the highest heart rate I have recorded is 135.)    or are the parameters above just based on age/weight data that I have submitted, and so will not change unless I manually adjust.</title>
