  • I see we have a new HRV figure on the app which.is great however I’m not sure what this headline figure represents. Is it max/min or average?
    I”m wondering if I can use this figure as a trend guide to my fitness over time or whether that would be too simplistic?

    • Where do you see HRV on the App? I see HRV on the webpage graphs, but not the phone app.

      • Its on the activity summary on mine but has only recently been added by the look of it as my readings for HRV only go back a few days.
