<title>My HRV seems to be very low - about 4ms on average. I am fit and healthy and do mainly cycling - just done 4 hours at 185W output which I think is decent fitness. HR between 62 and 136 for those 4 hours with average of 120. All my stats seem fine except the HRV which seems extremely low. Should I be concerned? Can I do anything about it?</title>
