There’s a discrepancy between the output to my watch and on the Frontier Dashboard. My HR is more erratic in real time and in the output to the watch, but much smoother when it makes it onto the Dashboard. Which is correct? The real time output appears to fluctuate a lot more.

Ah I did have Instant HR disabled on the app – that may be it, thanks!

Are you sure it’s connected to your strap and not using its own worst HR monitor? Mine seems consistent in both , so what is on my watch is the same as my dashboard. Also check your settings and enable ‘instsnt heart rate ‘ on this app
