<title>When recording an activity… what specifically does “other rhythm” mean (apart from the obvious) ?
I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather for three days, coming down with a cold / virus and have had some palpitations, but I’ve noticed I am getting fairly large chunks of other rhythm (yellow) on low intensity activities like walking or at rest ? No heart strain alerts, and all other readings are showing normal in the activities / recordings (HRV, Heart Rate, Strain, Body Shock, Breath Rate etc..).
I have also checked my blood pressure and it’s showing normal.

So.. I’m wondering what that means based on the above ?</title>
