<title>Hi everyone! Yesterday my device arrived and today tried it out for a 14km run, it works really great!

As a bit of background: I'm 33yo and during a routine checkup they found an exercise induced left bundle branch block, which is really really rare given my age (and even more rare given my physique). I'm due for some follow up checks quite soon, but I wanted to also take my own responsibility and try to improve my heart health through exercise (within limits set by my cardiologist of course). The X2 works really precise, I wonder if it'll make a difference!

I'm posting my log here if you want to follow along: https://medium.com/@health.runnnig/fixing-my-heart-through-exercise-249d666f6884</title>
