				<title>Does anyone know how to customize the Heart Rate Zones. for me my heart rate has always been comfortable higher thatn norms. so it shows in RED almost all time and i am not staringin low heart strain fair breathing and i cant even take calls on my mobile and talk like nobody notices. the HR zones here are too low. is it possible to set them for individuals?</title>
