<title>Hello. New user. So far so good. My question is when I review heart strain on my device following an activity, should I focus on average HS or should I be considering instantaneous peaks. For example for my first workout activity my avg HS was .04 mv for a 30 minute treadmill workout. My peak was close to .1. Thanks!</title>
