				<title>Newbie question.  I just recorded my first workout.  A high intensity bike ride.  Cardio strain registered -0.02 overall and was basically zero the whole time.  Is that normal when working hard?  Or do you reach levels like .15 or .2 only when on the brink of exhaustion?  Otherwise, the ECG and pulse readings seemed fine...</title>
