you have to do it manually, basically download the fit file and upload it to Strava, only metrics you will see is heart rate, pace and cadence. I use Frontier X2 as my heart monitor along with Stryd foot pod for exact distance and i use Gear tracker to combine the two files and post it automatically to Strava, Final Surge, Stryd, smash my run and Runanlyze. Look and hit like at my previous posts, I asked Fourth frontier about the way they post information on the fit file as several running platform sites state that they can receive information such as respiration rate but that part of the fit file is not standardize so when you upload it, all you get is heart rate, pace and cadence from the X2
