				<title>I'm struggling to understand cardiac strain numbers.   I've now had 3 different training rides with 2 relatively intense,  28 and 30 miles rides with good climbs.   While my heart rate peak at close to 180, and these tough hills almost make me stop,  the max strain is. 08, and I am being told it's too low.   My cardiac doc would say that's too much  given my heart rate.</title>
