<title>Hi - what are people opinions on exercising at maximum heart rate? it has been show that you will reach maximum heart rate in 100m (for sure 200m) -400m sprints.
There was a paper about hockey players in canada who all wore ECGs and some of whom exceeded their max heart rate during play. It seemed to suggest this may not be a good idea as some had suffered ectopic beats or other unwanted heart beat patterns on the ECG.
thanks!</title>
