<title>I am hoping you can tell me whether ectopic beats are excluded from the average value given for HRV? I can see that HRV is higher for me in strips where an ectopic is evident though I do have other occasional high values where I have no ectopics. I think that ectopics are causing me to see a higher score than perhaps expected.</title>

<title>I have observed that my cardiac strain is rarely zero, even when at rest. On checking while asleep recently, my strain varied between 0.01 and 0.03. Is this likely to be significant from a cardiovascular perspective?</title>

<title>As a healthy female amateur cyclist in my early 60s my cardiac strain is usually around 0.12 max and 0.06 average over distances of around 50km cycle and on occasion close to 100km. I have no discomfort cycling and the summary indicates that the average strain is minimal. The max strain measurements of 1.2 are short lived and look like a small spike. Occasionally there are two or three spikes of this magnitude in a ride. Is the summary consistent with the data as described above and in line with minimal strain indicated in the summary?</title>
