Well at last I am feeling better following a triple coronary artery graft heart bypass. I have been monitoring my walks using frontier X. I had the operation in December 2021 followed up in January with the depletion of white blood cells – medicine induced. I now feel better and think less about the effort of moving about coinciding with a larger blue colour in the pie chart following my walks. From 99% Yellow the chart now reads 90% Blue.
