    What’s more important, the max level of heart strain that you reached during an exercises session, or the average heart strain over the entire exercise session?

    • Max heart strain is more important to understand, Values over 0.2 may indicate that you’re pushing yourself too hard, however, please note that poor signal quality could cause spikes in the Data. High strain values sustained value for 2-3 sessions is a good indicator to slow down/ stop an activity at rest.

      Note: Some ECG abnormalities at rest like Bundle branch block may interfere with the measurement of Heart Strain and can result in high heart strain values at rest even if the heart is not being overstrained.
