I am a very unique case. I am currently 47 years old and I was developed inside of a dry womb (my mother’s water broke 3 months into the pregnancy) we both almost died during delivery. Mom’s milk was sour (premature membrane rupture) I couldn’t take formula and milk literally saved my life. 3 months after my birth my pram broke and I suffered a massive head injury (No apparent long term effects) again defying medical odds or logic. 1 year and half I had 2 serious lifethreating events flatlining both times the most serious being electrocution (220 volts) suffering (the only medical case on record that I know of) from Worse Than 3rd degree burns (No other clasification) on both hands and mouth. (No physical scars or noticeable long term effects) to sum it up I had 7 full or near death experiences before the age of 2At this point the specialists should be firmiliar with my case study. As multiple countries have it as mandatory learning in med school.
Since then (I’m sure this knowledge is shared too) i have had many more encounters with death. I stopped counting in my early 20’s with a total of 11 full and who knows how many near death experiences.
I have been defying medical odds my whole life so it’s no Suprise that I am in Heart Failure now. This time I’m letting nature take its course. I just want to know what is happening to my heart. That’s why I purchased the X2 however I find the app and website hard to navigate and limited.
My question is with the training load and rythem score numbers. I am very new to the X2 device so all my readings thus far have been at rest. I have training loads ranging from 5 to 282 I need help understanding these numbers. Also on the app it shows a rythem score normal other and we can’t see what the third number is so help with that would be nice too please.
Thank you
