Hi, I have unfortunately had COVID twice and gave notice that my resting heart rate is higher too. Initially, before this it was borderline bradycardia as it was around 50 and on occasions would go below when measuring my Kardia ecg device. Now it varies between 58 and 77 and on occasions been higher, initially after covid the heart rate was higher and over time has dropped to 61 (just measured). I also gave noticed that my breathing rate is higher when I initially go out on a bike ride and feel that I’m gasping for air. This then after a time goes and it is more normal but feel that it has become worse since covid
