I’ve just noticed that HRV has been added as a graph on my activities. Can you tell me what calculation method you are using for this please. pPresumably you are using the log-transformed root mean square of successive R-R interval differences? Just wondering if this is the case as my values seem very low. What would you expect the normal ranges to be on the scale you are using?
