Clothing differences:
Hi all, I’ve found that when I wear a dry-fit style top (the material that moist running singlets and t shirts are made of) next to my skin and frontier X I get much higher heart rate notifications that don’t relate to the effort I’m putting in and how I feel.
This morning my reading was 165 (I wasn’t working that hard) when I lifted my shirt away from the monitor it dropped to 125bpm (which is the effort I felt I was running at). I don’t have this issue when running in polypro tops. Any ideas as to what to do other than not run in dry-fit. Poly pro is fine in the winter but not so good in the warmer months.
Thanks Ken Maclaren
