    if i want to train in zone 2 what should i do

    • Determine your heart rates based on your age (22-age). You’ll want 60% to 70% of that for zone 2. If you know your max heart rate is higher (or lower) than the calculated rate, adjust accordingly. If you look at your workout details, you should see your zones listed there, and the heart rate for each zone. I don’t think Frontier allows you to adjust your zones, so for starters stick with what it shows.
      If you use another device/app (like Strava), you can adjust your zones to match Frontier, and view them real time as you run/walk/ride.
