What does “other rhythm” and “noisy rhythm” mean? This is my Ecg in the part when it says “other rhythm”…anyone knows what this is?

Whilst in the Workout Details page, on the Heart Rate strip, put your mouse to the left of an “O” and drag across and release, the strip zooms in. Move your mouse above an “O” and a black dot appears and the ECG strip above switches to show that 20 second period. As you move the mouse along the Heart Rate strip the dot moves and the ECG above changes to reflect that period, etc, etc.
