The symptoms you describe would be concerning to me. If I had a repeat episode, I would ride to a fire station and ask them to do an ECG with their equipment. It’s medically approved and comes with a trained person to interpret the results. I would still have the choice to accept treatment or transport, after hearing their recommendation. And could later look at the FF ECG to see what it looked like.
