Hi everyone! Yesterday my device arrived and today tried it out for a 14km run, it works really great!
As a bit of background: I’m 33yo and during a routine checkup they found an exercise induced left bundle branch block, which is really really rare given my age (and even more rare given my physique). I’m due for some follow up checks quite soon, but I wanted to also take my own responsibility and try to improve my heart health through exercise (within limits set by my cardiologist of course). The X2 works really precise, I wonder if it’ll make a difference!
I’m posting my log here if you want to follow along: https://medium.com/@health.runnnig/fixing-my-heart-through-exercise-249d666f6884

Me too, I’ve been running 50 years and was diagnosed over a year ago and put on a DOAC. I have now stopped this as I was having bleeds and am now taking a cocktail of vitamins, minerals and herbal remedies which I can recommend and thanks my FF monitor am maintain an average of over 99% Sinus rythymn.

Same story here – years of high intensity endurance exercise then diagnosed with AFib .. which because I was very fit and not overweight etc. (low CHADS score) they decided I did not need anticoagulants – 6 months later I had a stroke !!
I was very liucky and was in a stroke specialist centre within 15 mins and have no after affects. The doctors reccomended I reduce significantlymy exercise levels (which I have done – walking and yoga is now all I do) – I am also now taking DOACs. But the redction in levels of exrcise have lead to me putting to me putting on weight … so am now trying to work out how to lose weight without upping my exercise ( eat less is teh obvious answer š ). The irony is that if I’d been my current weight when I was diagnosed with AFib, my CHADS core woudl have been higher and I would have been put on anticoagulants .. and not had a stroke !!! Who said being overwieght is bad for you :-D.

Good luck! Iām trying to get rid of afib, though moderating the exercise is my pathway. So little research on exercise induced arrhythmias.
