AFib can appear suddenly. You may have always had it. If left untreated it can become worse and worse over time. Some might have no symptoms, the days where you have pain might not actually be the days where it occurs.

Let me be an example of seek medical intervention, and push. Before irreversible changes occur by your heart restructuring itself.

    • Note that AFib often gets over looked as most seek to find what is called Irregular Irregular heart rhythm. However, that’s not always the case. I’m still in the process of diagnosis. Though they know it’s an issue with my heart. The amazing staff at Fourth Frontier have been a huge beacon for me. Yes this is a fitness tracker but it helps catch so much more. I have a FitBit Sense 2, nor Apple Watches (but they are a bit more accurate though they use light data while X2 uses Vector Electric based sensors which are incredibly accurate compared to watches). Fitbit can’t detect AFib above 120 BPM, and all it looks for is Irregular Irregular rhythms which can be proximal.

    • It’s probably because you’re hitting the sensor during this activity 🤔🤷‍♂️..

      • Device actually does a good job at determining Impact and Noisey Rhythm. So if you were to get hit in the chest it would register, also, it’ll gray out areas that are interfered with.
