<title>I've been using the Frontier X2 for a few weeks now. Not really interested in the workout statistics at 76yo with a lot of heart damage and diastolic dysfunction. I have a certain level of PVCs and want to track them for sleeping, walking, working, etc. The X2 is very good at identifying arrythmias and the stress level seems to monitor the S-T segment accurately for heart strain. I look at the percent of abnormal 20 second segments and multiply that by an algorithm to estimate the segments with more than 1 abnormal sinus rhythm and factor in the heart rate to get the ASR's per minute and percentage. I can run down the ECG tape quickly and see what's going on in that session. I can also see that there are changes to origin and timing depending on the activity, work, and stress level. Nobody has ever caught this on an ECG before with me, but a few days ago I had 4 short VT runs. My only issue is that it's hugely time consuming to delete the old ECG's and there is no bulk delete. I don't need them and they slow things down and they clog up my phone and your servers, so can't we have a way to check mark and bulk delete them?</title>

<title>Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I just discovered that my X2 has a great new use. I've had the X2 for a year and a half and I'm loving it--I have exercise-induced Left Bundle Branch Block and my X2 has been invaluable in showing me (on the ECG) exactly when I get LBBB, which allows me modify my training and medication schedule effectively (I'm a 62 year old competitive speedskater, and yes, I have a cardiologist). I've been using my Garmin watch for measuring overnight Heart Rate Variability to watch for overreaching in my training, but AI suggested that using my X2 for 2 minutes in the morning right after waking up is a much more accurate measurement of HRV (wrist sensors are notoriously inaccurate in measuring HR). I've been doing this for a few weeks now, and it gives me a great "finger on the pulse" (pun intended) of how my recovery from workouts is going and whether I need an additional day off. X2 is such a great tool!</title>

<title>Hi from Australia, I’m in my 60s had a pacemaker implanted almost 2 years ago to deal with a 2nd degree block that was flaring up when my hr was up at 160bpm for more than 10min while cycling. I would feel dizzy &#38; My hr would drop suddenly to below 80 &#38; l would loose power.. however since the pacemaker things have been a little better and although trying numerous settings on the pacemaker I still have the problem. I have tried various stress tests that never replicated the problem. The cardiologist suggested the forntier x. I have now captured a number of eposoides &#38; shared those with the cardologist who has now used this data and adjusted the pacemaker in CLS... its only been a week but a better rythm &#38; no hr drop, however sustaining 160 bpm for long periods and showing up as high heart strain.... the frontier has wotked well with the pacemaker.. anyone else had similar problems?</title>

<title>I had a micra wireless pacemaker put in a few days ago. It has an accelerometer to speed up when the body moves. I went for an easy 4km/hr walk and my HR went up rapidly to 120, the maximum setting for the pacemaker, probably much more than actually physically needed, as I would run 7-8km/hr with a heart rate of 110-115. Any advise gladly appreciated.</title>
